Snapd 2.41 classic confinement GLIBC 2.25 not found

I found this in Manjaro but had reports in Xubuntu 19.04 has well but the issue is consistent to all fresh OS installation with --classic confinement
This happens in any application with --classic (vscode, slack, etc)

@mrdenai no, #1916745 is about using host nvidia libraries inside a strictly confined snap, where a glxvnd library was incorrectly made available to the snap. Whereas here is a classic snap trying to load gio plugins from the host. IMO this is either a bug in the snap, as GIO_MODULE_DIR should have been set to prevent this, or snapcraft where this setting could have been done automatically with the right extension.
