Bug Description

DockerHub images are outdated:
https://hub.docker.com/r/snapcore/snapcraft/tags
and this repo even
https://hub.docker.com/u/snapcraft/

:latest is still 2.43.1
:stable is also 2.43.1
:beta and :candidate report version 3.3 but images are different
:edge is 3.3+git1.g46e3d17 but 3.4 is already tagged
:latest-proposed purpose looks orphan

It is convenient to have versioned tags to test if some bug is gone in 3.3 or if it was present in previous versions.
