Bug Description
"snap info something" shows, if a snap is not available in a "lower" channel, a nice Unicode up-arrow character pointing to the channel above to indicate that users tracking that lower channel will actually be tracking the "higher" channel. The output from "snapcraft close something edge" shows a very similar table, but uses ^ for the "up-arrow" rather than the proper up-arrow character.

snapcraft status, snapcraft release also do this.
snap doesn't _always_ use the fancy uparrow, though; there's a bit of logic that has it falling back to the caret.
