Bug Description

This will allow you to use your current host as the environment to build on (overriding the default bound to be set to use multipass).

This is achieved by adding --destructive-mode to the cli arguments or setting the SNAPCRAFT_BUILD_ENVIRONMENT environment variable to "host".
