Bug Description

When using cleanbuild --remote without specifying --target-arch and the remote has a different arch, produces a snap with a wrong arch tag.

For example

Command initiator:

uname -a
Linux ubuntu 4.15.0-24-generic #26-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 13 08:44:47 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

Remote:

uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 4.4.0-1030-raspi2 #37-Ubuntu SMP Thu Oct 20 15:06:25 UTC 2016 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux

cat /etc/*-release
DISTRIB_ID="Ubuntu Core"
DISTRIB_RELEASE=16
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu Core 16"
NAME="Ubuntu Core"
VERSION="16"
ID=ubuntu-core
PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu Core 16"

Result:

The snap is incorrectly tagged as 'amd64', as it should be 'armhf'.
