`snapcraft close [track]` doesn't report a non-existing product

Instead of running `snapcraft close [product] [track]`, I just ran `snapcraft close [track]`. The error I got is somewhat confusing:
> Your account lacks permission to close channels for this snap. Make sure the logged in account has upload permissions on '[track]' in series '16'.
I think `snapcraft close` should enforce the presence of 2 positional arguments before making a request to the store. What do you all think?
