Bug Description

new feature landed for service definition in snap
One can now define schedule when service should run. This is one with keyword "timer" in snapcraft.yaml application definition.

This triggers build error from snapcraft build.

"Issues while validating snapcraft.yaml: The 'apps/xxx' property does not match the required schema: Additional properties are not allowed ('timer' was unexpected)"

Should we make use of `assumes` for this or passthrough?
