Bug Description
We have a stage in travis that generates a snapcraft snap for each pull request. Then this snap is used while running the automated integration tests.
It would be very nice to publish this snap so we could install and test it locally.

Travis doesn't support uploading artifacts from pull requests:
https:/
So, we could use the transfer snap to upload the file to a temporary location. It will be deleted after a few days, but that should be more than enough for what we require.
