Bug Description

The existing base URLs in snapcraft point to myapps.developer.ubuntu.com and search.apps.ubuntu.com, which are now deprecated and should be replaced with:

myapps.developer.ubuntu.com -> dashboard.snapcraft.io
search.apps.ubuntu.com -> api.snapcraft.io

For staging:

myapps.developer.staging.ubuntu.com -> dashboard.staging.snapcraft.io
search.apps.staging.ubuntu.com -> api.staging.snapcraft.io
