Bug Description

integration_tests.plugins.test_maven_plugin.MavenPluginTestCase.test_build_maven_plugin seems to time out somewhere doing I/O. Travis fails PRs because of it. At first I thought it's temporary but I can reproduce it locally as well. The test doesn't seem to get past the first "." for several minutes. I can see processes being run in htop.
