Bug Description
If I only have one revision in one channel in the store, when that channel is closed and no released revisions remain, snapcraft prints an empty table:
$ snapcraft close u1test20161006 edge
Track Arch Channel Version Revision
The edge channel is now closed.
Steps to reproduce:
$ snapcraft init
edit the name of the snap to something unique
$ snapcraft
$ snapcraft push *.snap --release edge
$ snapcraft close my-snap edge

Looks like we need some logic to not print the _tabulated_ channel_ map_tree if the map is empty.
