Bug Description

snapcraft 2.30 has no command to show the version.

ubuntu@glowing-foal:~$ snapcraft version
Usage: snapcraft [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Error: No such command "version".
ubuntu@glowing-foal:~$ snapcraft -v
Error: no such option: -v
ubuntu@glowing-foal:~$ snapcraft --version
Error: no such option: --version

$ apt policy snapcraft
snapcraft:
  Installed: 2.30
  Candidate: 2.30
  Version table:
 *** 2.30 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-proposed/universe amd64 Packages

Note that my PR (merged and should come out in 2.32) adds a `--version` flag.

(2.31 is reported here since the version bump hasn't yet occurred on the branch I'm showing)
