Bug Description
We moved our integration test to download a file from ftp.kernel.org because it would be more stable than the gnome server we were using. But, they have just shut down ftp.kernel.org

Setting priority to critical, not because it has a big impact in snapcraft, just because it won't let us land anything until we fix it.
