cmake plugin help doesn't explain about the make options

Bug Description
The cmake plugin in snapcraft inherits all the options from the make plugin.
These options are not explained in the help text for cmake.
To reproduce:
$ snapcraft help cmake

Confirmed, the cmake plugin only has help about the `configflags`. It was changed relatively recently to inherit from the Make plugin, which means it also has that plugin's options available to it.
I'm not sure if it should actually re-list all of the Make plugin's options, though. Perhaps it should simply say something about "This plugin supports the keywords from the Make plugin."
