Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Build the snappy-playpen 'vault' snap. Note that snapcraft.yaml currently contains:
source-tag: v0.6.0-rc1
This should produce 'vault-
Update both the 'version' field (at the top of the file) and the source-tag field to have the value "0.6.2".
Expected Behaviour:
I expect snapcraft to notice that the git tag it has locally is not the same as the git tag specified in snapcraft.yaml, and to fetch the new source.
Observed Behaviour:
snapcraft does not download new source, and proceeds to build exactly the same snap again.
