Bug Description
I ran "snapcraft clean" and it did clean up the directories it generated, but it did not remove the .snap files in the local directory. I'm working from a bzr/git upstream branch, and I'd expect 'snapcraft clean' to clean up *all* of the files it generates, not just some. Thanks.

This is by design. But it's always good to question the design. I have found cases when I want clean to remove the snap, so I'm mostly +1 here.
Sergio can give us more context about why we chose not to do it.
