Bug Description
I have a git repo that uses cmake plugin for c++ library and has python library code that needs the python3 plugin to build using setup.py.
Currently, I am using two parts for these with the same urls, but it checks out the git repo twice.
It would be nice if snapcraft could recognize that the urls are the same and use the repo for both parts.
