snapcraft-parser doesn't work

I've installed snapcraft-parser 2.13 in xenial-proposed and it doesn't work:

$ snapcraft-parser -i https://wiki.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/parts?action=raw
expected a single document in the stream in "<byte string>", line 3,
column 1: origin: https://github.com/dplan ... ^ but found
another document in "<byte string>", line 10, column 1: ---

Setting priority as critical because it is blocking our 2.13 release.

The issue is the wiki now contains '\r\n' line endings and we were only splitting on '\n---\n' so the pattern never matched. I'm working on a solution now.
