Bug Description
To reproduce:
⟫ snapcraft clean --step idontexist
'idontexist' is not a valid step for part 'part3'
The list of steps is hardcoded. Instead of refering to a specific part, it just should say that the step doesn't exist. Maybe list the valid steps.
