Bug Description
snapcraft list-plugins returns that there is a plugin called tar-content.
$ snapcraft help tar-content
The plugin does not exist. Run `snapcraft list-plugins` to see the available plugins.
The dash is making a problem here.
$ snapcraft help tar_content
The plugin has no documentation
And the plugin has no docs anyway.
