Bug Description

ocaml seems interesting now for the work that's being done in mirageos and unikernels. And it has a nice package manager that makes the dependencies easy to handle.

I made a quick snap for mirageos, and it seems simple to turn it into an official plugin. It's still missing a few details to make it production ready, and ideally a review from some ocaml expert.
