Bug Description
This is a feature request.
I frequently find myself running snapcraft, then having to scroll back through many lines to see why my build failed. On larger projects, the scrollback is often larger than my terminal saves. In addition to printing to stdout/stderr, it would be nice if snapcraft had the option of saving output to a file on disk.

Good thinking. These would also be useful for people looking at snaps
built remotely, such as on Launchpad.
