gulp-tasks is required

In the gulp-plugin, the gulp-tasks property is required. But I'm trying to snap a project with instructions to run only gulp without arguments.

So, this gulp-tasks property should be optional. It can be worked around by writing in the yaml:

gulp-tasks: []

I think you can also specify the `default` task here.

I thought about this. But then looked at what was generally done in tasks
like these and thought it wouldn't cover "installing".

Take into account snapweb, nothing does a make install equivalent in the
default target.

The `gulp-tasks` keyword defaults to [] nowadays. I don't have a gulp snap with which to test, but is this still an issue?
