Bug Description
When I try to upload a snap that doesn't exist, snapcraft just does this:
elopio@
idontexist
elopio@
[Impact]
* The user does not get an error, making it hard to understand what's going on.
[Test Case]
* Run snapcraft upload idontexist
* Check that you get a nice error message
[Regression Potential]
* Uploads of existing snaps could be affected. Run snapcraft upload /path/to/
