error uploading snap: package scan took too long

I was testing the upload using my keepassx-elopio snap and the staging server.
Two out of four of the uploads failed saying:

Checking package status... |

Upload did not complete.
Some errors were detected:

Package scan took too long.

There are some things to improve in here.

First, I ended up with four versions uploaded into the store, so despite this error, the upload succeeded. Maybe we can ignore this error?

Second, the command exits with 0. This is an error and should exit != 0.

Third, the message is printed in green. This is an error and should be printed in red. Take a look at the screenshot.
