Bug Description
Use-case:
1. Create a cmake project which uses the OpenCV libraries.
2. Package with Snapcraft
3. Run resulting .snap on Snappy.
Expected results: It runs successfully.
Actual results: It dies, unable to link to libGL (upon which OpenCV depends).
libGL is going to be a common dependency, and is something that should be supported without requiring developers to write a wrapper.
