copy plugin doesn't handle directories

Bug Description

I thought we had written the copy plugin to handle directories as a src file.

i.e. the following would work:
parts:
  test:
    plugin: copy
    files:
      bin: .

But it seems it does not. It should!

An integration tests for this one was added in https://github.com/ubuntu-core/snapcraft/pull/87
I'm not sure which pr contains the fix, but as the test passes, we can conclude that there is one.
