$ pip install snap.openstack
Collecting snap.openstack
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement snap.openstack (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for snap.openstack
Of course I can install via the source, but the docs reference "pip install snap.openstack".

We've not done a release of snap.openstack to pypi, but it is installable directly from the git repo.
