Not even the title bar appears, i.e., cannot minimise/restore down/close, cannot drag the title bar to move/resize the window. However, the app centre works perfectly in Recovery Mode. GNOME Software and the 23.04 version of Snap Store work fine too. If possible, a minimal series of steps necessary to make it happen, where step 1 is "start the program": 1. Start the program (tried both from the dock and from the terminal. Opening via `snap-store` from the terminal gives the following warnings in the terminal.).
