Snap Store cannot open Network Settings

Bug Description

In the "Automatic Updates Paused" dialog, when I click the button "Open Network Settings", nothing happens. In the logs, I can see the following line:

  snap-store[3359]: Error opening GNOME Control Center: Failed to execute child process “gnome-control-center” (No such file or directory)
