Snap store snap errors out during OSinstall and after install.

Spent so unbelievably long time installing Ubuntu 22.10 because it constantly errored because was unable to install snap store snap during OS install.
No idea why someone thought it was great idea to put store itself as a snap.
When OS install finally was done hours later and after mashing keyboard to go into weak graphics menu to be able to finish install, Snap store snap decided it wanted 438 MB update, but then errored when trying to update and told me it could not operate as store at same time it needed update. Uninstalled, had no choice. Reinstall with terminal didn't work, but regular install with terminal then did work. Oh and i had to rewrite Grub before the R9 390 blackscreened (Not Ubuntu fault, probably device power state unaddressed by any distro).
