Bug Description
When viewing the sources for an app in the snap-store, it should be rephrased to indicate that I'm looking at the tracks/options for the specific snap. As it is, it looks like it's the snap-store tracks. Could we change the wording listed to the name of the app instead of snap store?
I'd like to see in the list "gnome-calculator (Snap)" instead of "Snap Store (Snap)". We all know snaps only come from the snap store and everything else about the info listed indicates it's a snap so having "Snap Store" doesn't add anything.
I'm running snap-store version 41.3-62-g960b074 from latest/edge
