Very similar to Bug 1899860 [Ubuntu 18.04 upgraded to 20.04] Snap store only displays editors list of packages. Displays installed packages, search for package works. Their is no general listing of available packages displayed usual in the snap store.

But this is a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.10, not an upgrade from old release

Thank you for your bug report. Is that still an issue for you? If so could you share the 'journalctl -b 0' log after getting the issue, or start snap-store from a command line and share the log output?
