Can't see list of programs in Ubuntu Software

I have two ubuntu software store in 20.04 don't know if its a bug. On both you cant see the list of software that you have. Sometimes you cannot see the editors picks and other sections of the store. It shows you that a program needs an update and you cant update.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

This happens with snap-store version 20200414.ac9047f I tried to produce it by restarting(real restart) snap-store, clicking the installed tab first shows a loader icon at the center, and later shows nothing but a white blank list.
