snap-store unable to remove installed applications

Bug Description
Open snap store, click on 'Installed' select an app I want remove, click 'Remove' I see the message 'Unable to remove ... removing not available'.
tested with 2 different apps both .deb

Please test this with snap-store from the stable/ubuntu-20.04 channel
snap refresh --channel stable/ubuntu-20.04 snap-store
Then kill any existing processes with:
killall snap-store
