Error when trying to submit review for snap apps

Bug Description
snap-store version: 3.36.0-80-g208fd61
OS: Ubuntu 20.10 (developement)
DE: Xfce 4.14 (Xubuntu)
When I try to review any snap app the snap-store shows an error-
"Sorry, something went wrong:
Failed to submit review to ODRS: Bad Request"
Reviewing traditional deb apps works OK. I'm logged into Snap store using Ubuntu One account.

I've just tested this on the latest snap-store release, and my review was submitted fine - you can check it out yourself on the Flokk Contacts app in the store if you like :)
If this is still an issue for you, could I please ask you to completely reinstall the snap-store like so:
$ sudo snap remove snap-store
$ rm -rf ~/snap/snap-store
$ sudo snap install snap-store
Then:
$ snap run snap-store
If you see the same behaviour, please share the output of the above command here.
