Banner is far too narrow with large swathes of blank space either side

Bug Description
The featured snap banner is far too narrow. It has large swathes of free-space either side of the banner and looks very odd. The banner should be full-width on a reasonable Window aspect-ratio such as the default from when you open the app.
See the attached screenshot for an example of how terrible this looks :-)

I am not sure this qualifies as a bug bot I do agree it is not aesthetically pleasing.
