On Fedora 31, I was using gnome and now came to KDE plasma.

When I try to open snap store app, getting :
WARNING: cgroup v2 is not fully supported yet

Hmm, just gave this a go on Fedora + KDE plasma, and snap-store launched fine.

Are you using multiple displays perhaps? If so, would you mind disconnecting one to see if it makes the issue go away?
