Bug Description
Please consider changing it by using the charm. Otherwise those changes are not tracked by Juju bundle nor Terraform plan as IaC.
I'm aware there is a known issue in the charm though.

This was a workaround used when the mysql charms did not support what we needed.
Discussion with those projects currently underway on a different approach - this will happen as part of the next phase of development.
