Bug Description

Initial install of single-node OpenStack; all commands successful and verified all apps running properly via "juju status"; command and error message below:

ubuntu@microstack:~$ sunbeam launch ubuntu -n test
Launching an OpenStack instance ...
⠧ Creating the OpenStack instance ... Instance creation request failed: Server:834276be-8e58-4f24-9d24-a021dd26bef2 transitioned to failure state ERROR
Error: Unable to request new instance. Please run `sunbeam configure` first.
ubuntu@microstack:~$

Environment:
MacBook Pro, macOS Sonoma 14.3.1, Multipass 1.13.1+mac

LMK if you need further info, debugging output, etc. If so, please provide detailed instructions on how to obtain from system.

determined issue with MacBook CPU hardware that it supports virtualization but not nested virtualization. Confirmed with VirtualBox and other sources. A feature enhancement request to maybe run "kvm-ok" util when kicking off the first instance.
