This is strange indeed,

We can see the clusterd member up in https://oil-jenkins.canonical.com/artifacts/fe347790-2fd5-4485-9ae6-bb059b5aa95b/generated/generated/sunbeam/sunbeam_cluster_list.txt

But you get a successful message in STDOUT and a failure in STDERR.
