Bug Description

In some cases, the nodename is registered as localhost in sunbeam cluster.

One example being,
hostname -f --> returns indus
/etc/hosts has entry like below
127.0.0.1 localhost indus

In this case, nodename is registered as localhost in sunbeam cluster.
For above scenario, python - c "import socket; socket.getfqdn()" returns localhost

sunbeam cluster should expand the logic of getting proper fqdn from the host.
