Bug Description
juju related images are downloaded from docker.io which is a subject to pull rate limitation. When the limit is hit, images are not downloaded and deployment times out.
It would help to provide a configuration option where to specify a private registry.
The way to do it in microk8s snap is to replace content of /var/snap/
