Holding down a key increases the speed of the snake until the key is released.

Although this isn't a major issue, something needs to be done about it before the first release.

This fixed in snakes-speed branch (Also shows our execution speed is phenomenal if you remove the 'sleep' call ). Also allows easy fixing of speed regulation for widescreen displays. Merge proposition sent so code can be assessed.
