No way to view all triggers at the same time

Bug Description

Problem:
Cannot view all triggers in search view, both active and inactive

Steps:
Open Administration/Customization/Low Level Objects/Actions/Triggers
"Active" field dropdown menu:
no-selection => only active triggers are shown
"Yes" => only active triggers are shown
"No" => only inactive triggers are shown

Reason:
Active is a reserved field name in OpenObject and is treated specially "records with active set to False are hidden by default" that's why the don't appear when filters are cleared in the search view.
