Should smoothly animate the border radius of the element from 0em to 2em (currently it 'snaps' to 2em).

Fixed for CSS units (i.e "grad", "deg", "rad", "kHz", "Hz", "em", "em", "px", "pt", "pc", "mm", "cm", "in", "ms", "s", "%") and simple values.
qualified coordinates (eg from="1px 1px" to="5px -5px") and other unknown units still don't interpolate.
