Will there be delta rpm support? Many people do not have fast internet
connections and downloading kernel / kde / gnome / openoffice / x /
seems-like-everything-these-days updates can get HUGE.

For deltarpms to work in smart, the fetch needs another "phase" so that it can try the delta packages (if available) and if they don't apply then continue with the regular download just like it does today. So at least the url/size/sha fields needs duplicating, and a backend callback is needed - for instance "applydeltarpm".
