When performing large updates with smart, selecting packages for update is real
messy. smart reports packages that are not meeting requirements, but they have
to be deselected manually which is really time consuming and does not allow for
automated or unattended operation.

Likewise after the download process, when install begins, smart is stopping for
every offending package and has you make corrections manually instead of just
skipping over the packages and logging the incident.
