Clicking "Applications Menu" is not responding properly

I install elementary desktop from ppa:elementary-os/daily today. But when clicking on the Applications Menu, the Menu only drops down for the first time.

Looks like a problem with the launcher, Slingshot.

I think so. When installing slingshot, the package manager removes slingshot-launcher. What's worse, the Menu never drops down this time.

slingshot-launcher is the proper package name. I wonder why "slingshot" package removes it, though... it shouldn't.

So when you click "Apps"/"Applications" from the top panel (Wingpanel), Slingshot is not opened and focused?

Then this is a duplicate of a very well-known bug of slingshot/wingpanel.
