Bug Description
When I click on "Applications" nothing happens for around half a second (sometimes during this time the menu appears, but it's semi-transparent and does nothing); then the menu loads normally.
Similarly, if I click outside of the menu in order to close it, it takes half a second before it closes.
Fresh installation of Loki stable.
PC: Toshiba Satellite L50-A-16G.
i5-3230M, 8GB RAM, Crucial 480GB SSD.
